Based on my workout stats I’m really good at working out on Monday and then skipping the entire rest of the week but! Still proud of myself for lifting the heavy metal things over and over again.
A strength workout yesterday and a 6K run today? Is there some sort of award for willfully exercising two days in a row because I feel like I’m better than everyone right now
Step 1: buy a gym membership. Step 2: panic because you don’t have any cute workout clothes
Accidentally ran my fastest 5k ever, today on my lunch break. 26:26 @ 5’20”/km. Wonder how fast I’d go if I was actually aiming for speed 🤔
